CSI was responsible for the supply and installation of electrical and PLC system installation for -

• Northern DCS Plant

• Southern DCS Plant

• Seawater Pumping Station

• 5 nos. Sub-Stations

SCOPE OF WORK

• Electrical power and control cables installations for chilled water pumps, condensing pumps, ventilation fans, AHUs and FCU etc

• Designing, supply, installation and T&C of the LMCPs for Mitsubishi VSD c/w Harmonic filter of largest rating 450KW

• Designing, supply, installation and testing and commissioning of -
  The LV busducts of rating 2500 A & 3200 A between transformers and LV switchboards; and Siemens PLC control system and integration with existing system

• Supply, installation and testing and commissioning of -
  Lighting installation, air side and water side control equipment such as dampers, valves, pressure sensors and temperature sensors etc. VAC trip for AHUs, FCUs and fans

Again, CSI provided "One Stop Services" to our client, Shinryo/EMSD for the LV electrical and control portion.

The project required a contractor who was able to provide all skills and knowledge and CSI was exactly who they wanted.
